Asking questions is not inherently bad. An expert asks questions of themselves first and evaluates the many tech and logical tools at their disposal that TransPerfect provides to see if one can be utilized to resolve the question. If after reviewing the question with critical thinking skills still doesn’t provide an answer then it’s time to ask a question (most likely to a Project Manager).
If NOT getting the answer to your question doesn’t prevent you from providing the best quality then it’s not a helpful question and while you can still ask it should not prevent you from providing your work and keeping the project on schedule.
